Hello! I slowly started off with preloved items, build up friends and acquaintances, establish my credibility from there!
Hm, start-up is like that one, you may have to lose $/break even initially, from expenses like advertising etc, to build customer base fast. :) You gauge the response, your pricing, how much you wanna spend on advertising through sponsorships, then bring in the amount!
