I think most people just like Korean or want to learn it bc they like kpop. Kpop changes lives man...
Hahah. I guess that an k drama!
what happens if you call a girl oppa by accident lol
Lol nothing. Usually they laugh or don't respond
im jelly i wish i can speak korean :c it seems so hard.
It is pretty hard... But a lotta people like it for some reason haha
hi grace unnie ^_________________________^
Hahaha hi ^^ little dongseng ^___^
how do you pronounce shei?
It's like... Shii. Like ur saying the letter C but a bit more with a sh.. So like SHCII LOL. Does that make sense?
so if a guy is a couple years older than me and a girl is too what the most formal way i can address them? thanks for the korean tips grace its helping me too xD
If you are a girl! Older guy: oppa Older girl: unnie if you are a boy! Older guy: hyung Older girl: nuna
Are you serious? i didn't know it meant that lol i thought it was another way to address some formally without saying oppa lol thanks for telling me if i hadn't know it would be a big fail on my part
I mean just saying shii is bad HAHAA. But like for example grace shei. It's like saying miss grace haha
OHHH I thought u meant like Shibal hahah. It's shie kinda... But it's a bit more polite yeahhh haha I was confused sorry
then what does sshi mean?
That's kind of rude... Like it's like saying.. FUUUU--- lol u know?
in korean do you address people by their last name or first name?
Hmm... First name! Lol same as America
I heard when a girl talks to a guy whos older than her in korean instead of calling him oppa she can say sshi instead like tom-sshi or something is that true?
Wtf... No it's always oppa....
how can i try not to piss off adjummas and adjussis? lol
Just try ur best to be polite And smile. Talk politely and try to catch their interest!
What about honorifics? I know you use them when speaking to strangers or people older but what are they really? Are they like sir and ma'am? I want to learn korean so bad. Too bad school only offers Spanish and French Lol thanks Grace.
I know! They should be more diverse... And usually we don't have a ma'am or sir.. But after each sentence u include yo which is formal... Or say neh to say yes.. It's kind of hard to explain
Thank you! That's great advice. I do have almond eyes (sadly bc I want big round eyes) and I think natural is a good idea. I like how it doesn't draw attention to your eyes! What's your eye shape lol and what kind of falsies do you recommend?
I think almond eyes are lovely! And yes they brighten up ur eyes! I actually have monolids but they become double once I put lashes on... But I like longer lashes ^^
I want to wear falsies, but I feel like they are hard to put on. Can you reuse falsies? I used to hate them but now I'm super in love with it and I just want to start wearing it everyday!
Go ahead! I reuse mine ^^ and try to look for ones that will fit your eyes perfectly! If ur eyes are big and round, it's ok to go a little long, but it's almond shaped try to go for natural ones!
How do you say I love you in Korean? I heard a few ways of saying but idk which one is appropriate for certain occasions. Is there a different way to speak between lovers and family?
Saranghae is the correct way ^^ if ur talking to an adult u say, saranghaeyo
Hi! I wanna wear falsie but I don't know which no. is good which do you recommend?
