Its where CNH (cali-nev-ha AKA california nevada and hawaii) all come together and vote on the next leaders!! lol a short summary u meet people from 3 different states that has the same interest as you and its REALLY fun! there are workshops where helps you to become a better leader or tips and advice, and more more! there is also a governors ball which is good too!
