Biotin is like something your body produces but there's a pill for it and supposedly its supposed to make your hair grow everywhere on your body lol so I guess its supposed to make your hair grow faster? Idk I'm skeptical on trying because people said breakouts was a side effect of taking it

Yeah I do! I don't wash m face with face soap except once in two days usually in the morning or night. But I always use moisturizer.. Sometimes if the air is too dry, I will go to sleep in a wearing a mask. But yeah there's more
