it is certainly something of an acquired taste. if you're interested, though, i recommend the book "Beyond Innumeracy" for a relatively accessible read: http://www.amazon.com/Beyond-Numeracy-John-Allen-Paulos/dp/067973807X
it has the math paradox that first got me interested in math theory, a variation on the grand hotel paradox. say a hotel has a (countably) infinite number of rooms, and each room has a (countably) infinite number of windows. due to the properties of (countably) infinite sets, the number of rooms and the number of windows is the same.

THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION ANON... i think i have an outline of it saved in the depths of my google drive somewhere, but hahaha ah... uh.
off the top of my head, i recall:
- the last installment was going to be sungyeol's, going full-circle to myungsoo's narrative and providing a counterpoint to it. while myungsoo slowly changes to adapt to the new environment, thanks to sungyeol, sungyeol (while more inherently flexible a personality) remains relatively static in mindset and ends up also facing a similar dilemma: the need to change, and the resistance to it.
- woohyun's was also going to reference sunggyu's and was basically going to be "kit likes math theory, the story" LMFAO... you know how sometimes you read a writer and it's like "wow this is clearly their ode to [X subject they really like]?" like how when you read murakami and it's like "oh yeah, this guy really loves jazz and might have an ear fetish". that was going to be me with woohyun's part except math theory and i was going to shamelessly jam it full of stuff number stuff i randomly find interesting, like the "there are the same number of primes and non-primes in existence" thing in sunggyu's part.
there was also potentially a plot but ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- IT WAS TOO AMBITIOUS OF ME because the intent was to make it somewhat cyclical in theme and plot but haha i have not the time nor energy nor writing skill for that now, let alone two years ago _( :3 /

hellloooo~ um, is it okay to ask what was going to happen in general relativity? ;;;

oh lord, anon, i had to go back and reread my own fic because at this point, it's been so long i don't even remember writing it! (it was one of my first fics iirc.) i sure hope this is what past me was thinking when i wrote it.
the general conceit of the fic is that:
- humans begin to exert a warping effect on time-space. basically, something about the human soul causes time and space to work strangely
- i.e. sometimes time loops or doesn't move at the same speed for some people or objects existing in multiple forms
- i knew little about scifi when i wrote that fic and still know very little scifi so i can say that i relied on some majorly bullshit science that was probably not meant to make sense ;__;
- it's left ambiguous why this occurred but i think i meant to imply that it was because of ~human folly~ or something along those lines
- cities are particularly hard-hit by this due to their high population density and it causes major accidents resulting in widespread loss of life and functionality
- this causes governments to aggressively monitor population density - controlling where people can live, the birth rate, etc. to the point where it is essentially a dystopic system
- destruction resolution and ship of theseus take place after the initial catastrophe

hello anon!! the truth is, i've kind of moved on from k-pop fandom and am now in sports anime hell (haha...), but you can still find me around in places, if sports anime are okay with you...! i have an ao3 (deplore) and i'm on twitter (outplays) and tumblr (akitshi). same old same old, except now i have feelings about color-coordinated fictional men instead of questionably color-coordinated real life men.

If you can have a week to do whatever you wanted and you're given all the money and time for it, what would you do?

definitely travel! i'd want to go to europe, probably, and hit up as many countries as i can.
alternately, i would catch up on my longstanding sleep debt and singlehandedly save the economy by buying kpop merch, sanrio merch, entire clothing lines, etc.

What stroke do you usually swim?

breaststroke + front crawl, although my backstroke is actually probably stronger than my front crawl...
(meanwhile, you could not pay me to swim butterfly in public)

if exo were in swim team what kind of a swimmer would they be

wah i didn't see this until now!! but it was humid+in the nineties all week and mostly i didn't want to get my stuff all nasty and gross...

remus lupin, what a wonderful person overall T__T he's one of the few fictional character that i'd want to meet if he were real, i'd want to ask how he manages to put up with so much discrimination and still be a kind, understanding, gracious person. if that personality could rub off on me a little, i would not mind in the least.
