Though how could they install the AC out in the park. And I know what you mean, when I was at Disney two years waiting in line for some roller coaster, it was extremely sweaty and stuffy.
Well in Epcot there are "air conditioning" stations. A section to cool off. And these misters are outside for you to run through and cool off. And lots of indoor things.
