Hm, something simple. Nothing really different from my usual look. A silk blouse with jeans or a skirt and a jumper and flat or low heeled boots. ALWAYS red lipstick.

You should just wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I don't think a date is the right time to try any new looks, so I'd keep it safe. If you never wear red lipstick for example, don't wear it to your date either. There's a chance you'll only end up feeling self conscious. Doesn't matter what I wear though, I nearly always feel self conscious HAHA.

Well, I'm actually getting back to my old weight again. I cut down on sugar and stopped taking public transport. I don't eat meat, except for the few times when I'm at my parents'. For breakfast I have oatmeal or cornflakes with honey, chia seeds, flax, sunflower seeds, goji, etc with almond milk. For dinner I often eat roasted vegetables, pasta, beans, soup. Hm, nostalgic for a time that never was, I guess. And yes, I do feel out of place, but that doesn´t have anything to do with the decade I'm living in. As much as I love the fashion from previous decades, I wouldn't really want to be a woman in the fifties...

Hello! In your opinion, what are the perfect red lipstick and red nail polish? They are from Chanel, right? :)
Chanel makes the worst nail polish. It's been three years since I tried one of their polishes though, so maybe they changed the formula by now. The colours certainly are pretty. But I do love their lipstick. I wear Rouge Allure lipstick in Passion nearly every day. Rouge Coco in Rivoli is really nice as well. There are so many beautiful reds on the market. I wouldn't mind having lipstick by Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, YSL, Guerlain, Armani.
Currently I'm wearing Essie's Russian Roulette non stop. The other nail polish I own is Rimmel's Red Reviera.

We doen thuis eigenlijk niet echt aan cadeaus met kerst, omdat m'n ouders vroeger altijd groots uitpakten met Sinterklaas, maar dat vieren we nu ook niet meer. Ik weet niet zeker of m'n zusjes en ik dit jaar iets kleins krijgen, maar mocht dat wel het geval zijn, dan zou ik graag een (nep) satijnen pyjama willen. Die zwarte pyjama met witte details van H&M lijkt wel prima.

How can you afford to live, eat and dress the way you do?
By working (omg shocking answer).
What do you mean by living anyway? I'll do admit, I do like pretty things. I rarely go out or travel, unless it's with my parents. All I do is go out for coffee and a slice of cake now and then. I should smoke less though, I can't afford to smoke as much as I do.
As for clothing, I've hardly bought any clothes the last months, even though I need a new coat, sneakers and underwear.
I have to look for a new job in my city though. Working 1/2 days on the weekend in my home town isn't quite enough. I was invited to spend Christmas in Paris, but I can't even afford train trickets as I have to worry about paying rent etc etc.
