At home: chilling, reading, tumblring, watching tv/ movies, eating, sleeping.

I don't really do that anymore. Sometimes I scroll through intothegloss.com, the-file.com, violetgrey.com, lisaeldridge.com. I don't actively browse recipes anymore either because I hardly cook anymore (except for soup and pasta) but when I do, Pinterest and the Dutch supermarket recipe magazine Allerhande.

What would you buy yourself for your 30th bday?
I'm still a long way off my 30th birthday (or am I? Time goes by so fast), and I imagine to be completely different from the person I am now. I don't see hitting 30 as anything special, so I'd probably buy myself the same presents as I've done up to now: make-up, perfume, books, lingerie. I hope to be rich in a few years, so I might treat myself to an expensive bag, La Perla/AP lingerie, designer shoes etc.

I never liked "The Alchemist". I read "The Crying of Lot 49" recently for class but I found if awfully annoying, to say the least.
What are your weekend plans?
Reading (in bed), studying, grocery shopping. There's a screening of "La passion de Jeanne D'Arc" tomorrow and I'm very much looking forward to that. Even though it meant cancelling plans to meet my sisters in Amsterdam for lunch and some shopping. Still slightly in doubt on what to do. I'd love to see them and take them to places I like, but on the other hand, I hate shopping with them because of their indecisiveness...

I bought a "Best of Bowie" record last week and I love it so much. Especially Space Oddity, Life on Mars, John, I'm only Dancing, Breaking Glass. I also bought a record by The Mama's and the Papa's because I'm obsessed with California Dreamin' because I'm still obsessed with Wong Kar Wai's Chunking Express. Also The Motels' Total Control!! And China Girl, both Bowie's and Iggy Pop's version. And I can't get enough of Smiths' The Queen is Dead played extremely loud.

Both cities sound like good options. I'd very much like to visit London and Prague (+ every other city imaginable). If you haven't been yet, Berlin and Vienna are cool too.
