What are your plans for the tonight/weekend?

I spent too much time yesterday and today on fun stuff while I should've been studying considering the amount of work I have to do. I thought I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown on Wednesday but now I have even more on my to do list since I didn't hand in that essay I was crying about... Omg my teacher emailed me asking me if I maybe forgot to upload my assignment online... But I'm too afraid to answer even though chances are I'll talk my way out of it (as is usually the case) or I should just bribe her with homemade cookies... Hopefully I'll have done credit anyway since I was top of my class last night...
So now I'm confined to my desk even though I'll probably give up soon and be like "oh I'll just set my alarm clock at six tomorrow morning to catch up on my readings" because I want to go to sleep.
There's this concert tomorrow night, Xiu Xiu playing Twin Peaks tunes and a friend asked me if I'm going but I'm not sure if he meant going with him (and his friends perhaps) because I kind of feel awkward going to a gig by myself as I'm awkward enough wíth friends.

What are 10 things about your style, your signature things?

-Lipstick, always. Red 99% of the time.
-Red nail polish
-Chanel n5 as my signature scent worn with vanilla and shea butter body lotion. I always spray my hair with Chanel too.
-High waisted wide trousers
-Black
-Lace underwear
-Silk, satin, cashmere, wool
-Evening wear and night wear/lingerie as day wear
-Mini skirts
-Open backs, deep cut blouses, blouses unbottened on the verge on decent/revealing (too much) cleavage -luckily I hardly have any cleavage
-Despite my love for pretty bras, I often go out without wearing one. I don't really care if you can see I'm clearly not wearing a bra.
-Suede shoes
-Espadrilles in summer
-Gold jewellery (with sentimental value)
-dramatic 'sexy' evening dresses
-Men's sweaters

Haha, this question sounds vaguely orientalist and I'm sure my answer will come off as orientalist as well.
Japan seems to be the country of refined taste, finding nice souvenirs won't be hard. Anyway, I'd say look for ceramics, porcelain tableware, a silk kimono, green tea, candy, a teapot, Japanese skincare?

You are so so beautiful with such an amazing style! It's truly inspirational. May I ask what you're fashion advice is? What are your style icons? And where do you shop mostly? And do you shop often? What's the last things you bought? Sorry for these questions overload! I just admire you :)

Sorry for taking five days to answer this. I honestly don't know how to respond to your kind words. You give me too much credit. I'm in no way admirable or particularly beautiful. Thank you so much though.
I don't have any fashion advice, apart from sticking to your own taste, browsing the Internet/tumblr/Pinterest/Instagram might help to define what your taste exactly is. Making lists nights help too. Don't pay attention to so called fashion rules or trends. Just be and do whatever you want. Carry yourself with confidence. Attitude is a big part of style, I suppose.
I don't have any definite style icons, but heroines in movies and movies in general are style references for me. Especially (French) cinema from the 60s (thinking of all those beautiful cliches). Also 30s-50s for eveningwear and make up.
I don't shop often and most of my clothing is just H&M, Zara, COS, & Other Stories etc. A pair of black suede MNZ-style shoes from H&M were my last purchase. Wat are your passions/hobbies?

My biggest passions are cinema and literature. I love music and the arts in general. I consider my studies as a hobby as I really like to occupy myself with film and literary theory, philosophy. Drinking coffee is another hobby of mine, along with eating. I enjoy Instagram, tumblr, the Internet, reading a newspaper, going to the movies, museums, watching to series sometimes, baking, make up. Smoking is a hobby that has gotten out of hand though.

What is the most awkward thing you've said to someone special?

Haha, where do I start?? I'm the personification of that Breakfast of Tiffany's "I love you" *message received* meme that his been going around the Internet for a while now.

Can you recommend some books on film?

The Oxford History of World Cinema, The Big Screen by David Thomsen, Film Art - an introduction by David Bordwell and Kristin Thompson and a lot of Thomsen en Bordwell's other books (and his website) are great for a general overview on the history of cinema, genres, directors, concepts, techniques. These might be a good start before you dive into film theory, if you were planning to at least.

Oh my, you're quick. Seriously what's your username?
The lipstick is a mix of Chanel "La fascinante" and Estée Lauder "Envious". The blouse is Other Stories (last summer).
If I were you I'd set my goals a lot higher by wishing to trade looks with Angelina Jolie. ? Thanks though! ☺️

Do you like vintage clothing? Do you often buy it?

I love fashion from earlier decades, but I never buy vintage because I'm too lazy to 'hint' for good stuff. I'll just keep rummaging through my grandmother's closet.

Are you more a dog or a cat person?

I think I'm more of a dog person. I grew up with them and dogs always seem more cuddly and dependent. I love cats too though and personality wise (ha) I'm more of a cat, probably. ?

Leuk model. Ik houd niet van die enorme (cat eye) zonnebrillen. Ik heb eigenlijk nooit een zonnebril gedragen omdat ik vind dat ik geen zonnbrillen-hoofd heb. Het wordt echter tijd voor een, want rimpels... Ik vind de bril die Cate Blanchett draagt in Carol perfect, maar zie dat Cate model maar eens te vinden. :$
