i wish! i've made such lovely friends through wattpad but communicating to them behind a computer screen is simply not enough. i'd love to meet them in person and actually have real conversations about our lives without using a keyboard.
No one interests you enough?? Are you too good to be in a relationship?
no, i didn't mean it in a narcissistic way. i meant that i know what i want in a partner - i have certain qualities and attributes i look for that i haven't found in anyone recently. i have yet to meet someone who i naturally vibe with, understands me, has their shit together, has the same goals as i do, and is mature enough to actually be in a relationship.
ok re-answering this question because i didn't attach the image.anyway, i joined wattpad in 2012 but didn't really become active until 2014. i just went on wayback machine to see what my wattpad page first looked like when i started and OMG THIS IS CRAZY.lol at the fact that i've literally had the same bio for two years.
list three reasons why you don't want to be in a relationship
- it takes a lot of time/effort/energy to be in one and i selfishly can't commit to that with anyone right now - no one interests me enough - i don't want one
Are you going to move to Radish? Please don't =( all my favorite WP authors are moving there and it sucks.
i have been contacted by radish to partner with them but i politely declined because:- i'm a very loyal person and can't see myself moving over to another platform when i owe everything to wattpad - i don't want to publish something that my readers will have to pay for when they can get it for free - i write for fun - i personally would feel like i'd be writing as a job if i started to get paid for it - also, i can barely keep up writing enough stories for one platform, i would be stretching myself really thin to pursue morehowever, i can see why other author's would want to partner with radish and i think as readers (and a fellow writer), we have to support their decision. at the end of the day, that's their work - they can publish it where ever and however they want to. they've worked hard to get to where they are and deserve to be recognized by other companies and platforms for their content. i respect them for branching out and taking advantage of great opportunities to further advance their writing careers.
