After a few washes would I get my curls back? What can I do? :(

Once you fry your curls it's a lost cause but a good cut could help

I have super curly hair. I don't use any heat at all! The last time I straightened my hair was about 2/3 years ago. I decided I was gonna go to prom, so I got my hair straightened. Not permately though. I went to wash my hair and now my curls are looser. :( But idk why it did that? Please help!!!

EVERY TIME YOU USE HEAT TO STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR, YOU ARE BURNING IT CAUSING IT TO LOOK LIMP

Sorry, I'm the same person who had the question about the no hair cut in three years. My other question was can I get a wash or cleanse and a haircut?

Whatever you want...... The cleanse & treatment is part of the haircut experience

Why is coconut oil bad? Are Asiam and EcoStyler gel products okay to use? Is cowashing everyday bad?

Coconut oil is great! I have seen it help with dry hair as a pre wash product. The problem is so many girls over coat their hair with it & leave it in for days at a time making hair look greasy & it starts to smell funky.
Oil & water don't mix........

Hi! Okay so I had extremely big and beautiful curls but unfortunately I abused it and applied too much heat. I cut my hair into a pixie a year ago and its been growing back but my roots only curl and everything else is just pin straight. What do you recommend to bring my curls back? I need help!

The straight hair is the part that is still burned from heat. Come in for a trim

I haven't had my hair trimmed in over two years( bad I know) but I was wondering if it is possible that I can go in there for a wash too. Or is it for the deva cut I have to have my hair dry? Also I use mixed chicks, what is your opinion on that product?

I don't like silicones! Haircut helps!!!

I know you don't tend to care for shea butter based products. What would you reccomend to seal in moisture to curly hair. I just started using deva curl but it does not seal in moisture for my kinky curly hair. I am 3c/4a . Do you believe in sealing?

Any tips on how to combat shrinkage? I have kinky/Afro type hair

shrinkage is a good thing! It means your hair is healthy & has elasticity. If it doesn't spring back up it means you have dead hair that is lifeless.
If you want to elongate your curls stretch them a bit after they're completely dry for fullness & volume.

if I came to the salon would you guys be able to help me perfect a wash and go? I hardly wear them because it always comes out weird

Definitely! We educate our clients so they can do their own hair at home

what is your opinion on kinky curly product line?

From what I've seen on clients that came in it had a weird odor, hair felt greasy, weighed down, easily tangled and lifeless. I'm not a fan of products that leave a buildup & cost the hair

I am planning on coming in for a cut. Do you just do your own thing? Or can I show you a picture of how I would like my hair to look after the cut? Because I love how you cut one woman's hair and I have similar curls and would love for my haircut to end up like that.

Pictures are great

Um excuse me sir but you can't tell people not to use Shea moisture everyone has different hair textures, so not everyone can do that and shea butter is basically in all natural hair products and agree moisture is a very good brand stop bashing them if build up happens a clarifying shampoo once mont

They can use anything they want. But if you ask my opinion, I'll give it to you. If you enjoy greasy hair, go for it.
I'm waiting to meet the first curly girl that uses shea that doesn't look greasy or feeling like it's costed.
Below is a picture of hair with Shea Moisture that has buildup. You be the judge on which one looks better.
