Hey CharChar! I was wondering about plumie 100. If the past is a bit vague or long for them- would it be alright to have several stories pertaining to their past as smaller subsections?

Not really - although it is nice for them to get to know each other a bit before just having babies XD But it's up to your judgement ;w;
Is there a limit to how long plumerians have to have existed to be bred? As in, if I found a mate for my plume on the day I won, waited the 3 weeks or w/e and ordered a nursery slot, would that be okay?
Although it's encouraged to have them get to know each other and RP a bit more, you could potentially do that, yes :3
