I'm pretty sure this has already been asked, but I want to make sure: can we "create" plumerians for the sake of their history? Not design them or say anything specific, just give them a name. Like, a mother or father of the plumerian given a name, nothing else?

Yes, you can! You can use them for writing/history purposes and stuff, just don't draw/order art of them (besides sillhouettes) Just don't give 'em a design basically uwu

What gave you the inspiration to create plumerians?

I was doodling around in English class one day, inspired by like peacocks n stuff :D they went through a lot of dregs before they got to where they are today ^w^

I think I read on here somewhere that you were working on a website for Plumerians, not sure, I have a terrible memory. Is this correct? And if so, how long do you think it'll be before it's made and open to the public?

How come your guest artists never make any plumes and a lot of your mods/artists are so inactive? Some plumes from weeks ago haven't been judged, like 168 183 184 195 204 And 224

Hate to break it to ya but my staff isn't here exclusively to please you. Artists create & judge when they have time & muse, not just whenever you want them to <:

If we won a Plumie RU, how long should we wait before contacting the artist to make sure they haven't forgotten it? I certainly don't mind having to wait. It's just that it's been a little over a month now and I'm not sure if they've forgotten or not but I don't want to be a bother about it ^^;

If it's been a month, I don't see any harm in sending a PM. Just remember to be polite and understanding ^w^

I understand your opinion on the tryout art answer, but about commission art. What would you do with it if you kept it? It wouldn't be your character and I doubt you could just go to the artist and ask for everything but the lineart and stuff to be changed, right? Just curious ^^

Sometimes, it's not that I'd keep it so much as I feel it doesn't fit the character they created, so having them use the art seems stilted and wrong and almost dishonoring the character /I/ created?
Idk, that's just my opinion. But I've paid for it, so really, I think I can decide if I want them to have it or not. u v u
