How come all the staff have freaking amazing edits and what not and regular adopts have like nothing? And how come you have tons of customs and you don't make those edits available?

Ok I'm sorry but
We do our best to give edits to normal adopters and whatnot. The staff use their freetime and hard work to make adopts for EVERYONE for absolutely NO PAY and you're begrudging them a slightly more special plumie? Really?
I personally have customs cause it's my species. (Idk, did you not notice?) I can make as many as I want, sorry, pff xD No offense but, if I have an idea for a plumie and I want to make it for myself, why can't I? I made the species; I use hours of my time everyday to keep it up and running and and smooth for you guys, and dealing with annoying anons (-pokes you-). Soooo I think it's /OK/ for me to make a couple customs ;u;
Anyways, people get pissed if I make customs, and if I try out for plumies. Am I suppose to own none of my own species at all? =/

for the royal plumie, are we allowed a very small little caption? my piece is very hard to tell what it actually is because it has a lot of meaning behind it you might not see, so could I possibly explain a few things in like 15 or so words?

There seems to be a lack of communication between staff at plumerians, and I've already been told by an artist or two that they're feeling left out and frustrated.
