I have my very first show next weekend on May 29. Got any tips for staying calm, remembering your course etc?

Make sure you have your course memorized after you walk and go over it a few times before entering the arena :)

What kind of qualities do you look for in a jumper? I'm looking into buying a horse to start jumping with and I'm curious.

Good bascule ,adjustable stride , honest and forgiving

how did you get into riding?

I used to ride as a kid in the summer and I got into riding consistently after I watched a horse show 2.5 years back at my stables and I wanted to ride again

I rest my case. I get that the questions get annoying but take a look at the way some well known equestrians answer repetitive or prying questions. I get that you're still a kid, but you're old enough to act like an adult and set a good example for your followers.

Why don't you just ignore the sponsor questions instead of answering them in the most immature way possible. I love the idea of individuals sponsoring individuals. But the way you answer them makes you sound very childish and makes me think poorly of your attitude and the attitude of your sponsors.

are you going to show Smiley too at the same level you're doing right now, or will you just show on Monte until you're ready to move up higher? If that makes sense

yes I'm gonna start doing 3foot with both of them next season and move up from there :) I'm already training with him but my trainers wife has been riding him these past 2 weeks as I have exams and my mom isn't letting me go to the barn frequently to ride !
