Would you spend 4k on a 7yr rescued qh (no papers) doing 2'3 - 2'6 courses w/ flying changes? Its a dappled grey with such a sweet willing attitude

well Monty was free and he was my sisters friends aunts horse and i found out through my sisters friend and Smiley was a sale horse at my barn who I found out was for sale by my trainer who recommended him for me when he started riding him . ( he wasn't publicly for sale though )
