Hey I really struggle with staying focused when riding. Like even when having lessons and during shows I'm very easily distracted and think of really random stuff sometimes instead of my riding, unless my trainer is talking but even then it's hard to focus on it sometimes. Tips???

How do I switch trainers without it being awkward?
at my barn you switch trainers every time you move up so it's very easy ( so basically I don't have advice to help you sorry )
