Her's a good recipe, 1Cup rice 2 Cup beef broth,( a little bit less for dryer rice ), 1 onion , i garlic clove (smash) 1 bay leaf,3 clove ,cook onion in butter until transparent, ad rice cook 3 min , add all other ingredients , in oven for 25 min at 350 , great with chicken !
