Yes. Every fucking time, people dont "choose" to have a disability especially a learning disability. Sometimes people really can't help it and it ducks me off at how ignorant and insensitive people really are these days. For instance, I suffer from severe depression, I didn't choose to have depression...a cancer patient didn't choose to have cancer...and a disabled person didn't choose to have a disability. I rest my case.
