Exactly, I think that a relationship can only be a healthy one when both people are aware they can stand on their own two feet and don't need to rely on each other for every other thing, and importantly are stable in life. That's why I'm waiting to get my career sorted
I couldn't of put it better myself! Good for you by the way. I'm heading back to college, you're never too old to learn lol i just hope i'm not stuck with a bunch of 17 year olds though no offence but i was 17 once and seriously mischievious :') But yeah, better to concentrate on yourself first. Invest time in yourself before a significant other.

I dont want to be but yes lol :( anyways, it's a been a very valuable lesson in life. The 20's are about findinging your feet, and that's what we're doing. I think its important that we learn how to be by ourselves for a long amount of time before being with someone else, but thats my personal opinion.

What's your longest relationship?
My longest and only relationship I've ever had lasted over 4 years. I was 15. We grew up (least I did) and eventually we grew apart. When you're in a relationship at such a young age, that tends to happen, unfortunately. It tends to happen alot.
