Aw idk about that :( but i read it somewhere and so far it's worked! First shampoo's to remove the oil and dirt while the second one is to nourish it :)

What do you mean? :) i rarely wash my hair separately. It's always during my showers! :) i shampoo twice then conditioner once!

Occasionally :) i sometimes try those weekly hair conditioning treatments and once in a few months i get a hot oil! I'm not very particular with my hair naman kasi i make sure i use the right shampoos and conditioners to keep it soft!
