If you are brave enough post a photo of yourself of how you look as soon as you wake up. Can be a simple selfie or a full selfie, your choice. How brave are you?
I'm brave enough to ignore that request without being "afraid" to be labelled. Go do something better with your time, like actually facing a big fear or something.
