I believe it's listed on my channel, but I stream 5 days a week (Off Monday and Thursday) and my start time isn't set in stone. I am trying to get better about starting around 3pm Central.

Yes, I enjoyed it. Think of as a poor mans Hotline Miami. It's easier but still fun than HM. If you get get stuck you can grind on the first level to get max stats and better weapons.

Yes, but not as much as I used too. Obviously seeing your subscriber count goes down is always scary, but there is nothing you can do about except keep streaming to get resubs and new subs. The more you don't stream the more people cancel their subs. Also there are people who just can't afford another month so they unsub. Most of them resub again later when they can. (Remember take care of yourself before taking care of me!)

For example, I broke 5,300 subs today and I am going on a week long vacation Saturday. I fully expect to be under 5,000 subs when I get back. It makes me want to work even harder to keep subs and get new ones.
