Usually the unlock on their own after a couple of days. Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox? Also, check your achievements on Xbox.com. Maybe they are actually unlocked & just your achievements app is broken.

Some people prefer to watch it on YouTube, plus I think the past broadcast is only up on Twitch for 2 weeks. So I don't mind uploading it to YouTube.
