I agree with you that people who have gone under the knife shouldn't hide it. I mean, it's their choice to go for surgery, so why feel shameful bout revealing it? Hiding it isn't that bad, what's worse is when they say they didn't do it but they obviously did. Reminds of me the kpop idols I like :/

You don't need plastic surgery lahhh. Like you said, no one is perfect. Even after undergoing surgery, you'll still be imperfect in some ways. Appearance isn't everything. I follow you cause you're really charming & I love your fashion style. You seem pretty nice too.

I think that people can be neutral about plastic surgery because I am. It's like I wouldn't encourage people to do plastic surgery but at the same time I wouldn't judge people who do plastic surgery. Or even, having no comments about plastic surgery at all.
Oh ya you're right... I was just pointing to the group of people who always say they are neutral about it but then went on and hate bitch criticize later on someone who did sth to their face. Two faced much?
