Hello!! You shouldn't pile on too much foundation over your pimple! Cause that area are usually drier so your make up might cake and therefore makes your pimples more obvious!!! And if the foundation is drying for you try switching to other brands! But I feel that you shouldn't apply anything over your pimple (if possible) until it heals! If not try concealing first then foundation if needed. Hope this helps! Xx :)
