Oh ya & DSB seems to be less efficient at replying emails now. Takes a few days before I receive a reply. If there's a price hike, I think there should be improved customer service to accompany it. Otherwise it's unjustifiable. & I don't mean to rant here. It's just that I know you work for DSB now
From what I know it is because they have to charge gst now just like other leading companies which explains the increase in price... As for efficiency, a group of them are currently away so they have lesser manpower right now but all will be good by the end of this week. I'll help to let them know your concerns though. Sorry can't help much I work there but I do very very different things! And no worries about ranting it here :)
