Both are fine it depends on the cutting! Jeans I'll usually take 25 but shorts sometimes I'll take 24?

Then don't! Stop contacting each other. You're just hurting yourself if you continue his way and he is just being selfish eh if he know you can't let go but he still keeps talking to you and don't give you some space.
