I think most of the dresses will suit your mom! Just stay away from the colourful and shorter dresses :)

The past weekend was quite bad. 2 explosions and gun shots. The supposedly carnival-like protest area (siam area) is now pretty dangerous. But I think as long as you stay clear that area and hang around elsewhere it should be fine...! Follow this richardbarrow guy in twitter for constant updates! Be safe pls!
