Nah i love carbs the most!! I wish i don't though... but i can't live without my bread. and sweet potato. and sushi. i guess you just have to exercise but don't take heavy weights, use light weights but do more reps to tone it up! i'm no pro though, mine isn't toned but that's the advice i get all the time!

Do you always apply sunscreen before going out? I used to but stopped cause I read that it'll clog up your pores. I also find it very time-consuming if its gonna be added into my skincare regime after all the cleanse+exfoliate+tone+moisturize+makeup. Advice? (:

I think if you use the good ones it won't clog your pores. I cannot live without my sunblock actually haha I feel that it works as a make up base for me too. It's a habit for me ald so it isn't a chore to me hahaha and oh ya don't exfoliate everyday!
