I think passability is a factor you can't ignore. It may sound harsh but if you don't pass but still transition your life may be harder. If you are willing to bite that bullet, more power to you! But I'm being realistic. Transition should be a means to make your life better, not harder

Hey, kinda new sub, but I love what you have to say. After transitioning, have you had any difficultis with getting appropriate health care, medical professionals who don't understand specific health issues Trans people may have?
Not any problem getting appropriate care but I've had a run-in with two ignorant nurses (in the same hospital) who were stupid as fuck and I wanted to fight them. Doctors have always been perfectly fine though
