I did ask Adam what was wrong with Noah, and he said that he was in a very dark place in his head. At this point, having escaped an Eltrich Location, encountering dead people, and barley escaping with his life, he must be going insane. My theory is that Noah is going to make an update video about how he gives zero shits about anything, but is visited by Firebrand or Mr. Scars. They tell him exactly why the hell this means so much to them. So I'm going to assume that the next episode is going to be an X-Men Days of Future Past moment where future Noah/Mr. Scars inspires his past self to care again. Does that make any sort of sense?
