hey! im 170cm was 61kg but lost 8kg to 53kg now. it takes discipline to do it but it is possible. just wanna tell you, keep doing it and you will really succeed :) exercise 3 times a week at least, mixing both weights and running (more run) and eat clean. it is tough initially but you can do it :)
