Hmm..I find that as long as it's retail it's gonna be risky already unless you can be really sure that your location has high traffic of people and that people are gonna buy your stuff? If you're unsure then I'll suggest you not jump into opening a shop first as there's alot of money involved and a lot of planning would be great beforehand!
