Hello!!! CTC opens on weekends, not sure how early but I think you can head there from 10am! Most of the shops start closing around 630-7PM but they will set up roadside stalls from then onwards within CTC so... you can shop till slightly aft 7? But you won't be there for so long man, the heat will kill you. Dress light and prepare a fan! Hehe
