How to exercise Donna? I used to like running but now I'm like meh....haven't ran consistently for like 3 years???? Oh my lord. And I gained 5kg over the past year.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. I never liked running and I only started... this year. LOL but I havent been disciplined myself so I suck. But I try to eat lesser if I'm lazy to exercise and if I can I always psycho myself to do at least some form of cardio if I don't run. In my case now I always skip 1000x before doing strength training so..... at the very least I'm sweating and burning something. Hahahahah

Why will you think that way? You should have trust in your boyfriend right. He could be talking to other friends? My guy friends are always on whatsapp too cos they have group chats etc.. So they're always online! If you're insecure about this matter maybe you can ask him? Like ask nicely and if he says no then let it be and not press him further?
