Earthquakes are tremors or vibrations in the Earth's crust that are caused by the accumulation of pressure or say stress. Now, since it happens in the Earth, its' called earthquake and if it happens in Mars it should be called Marsquake. I don't know the answer myself, but for sure there are Seaquakes just like earthquakes.
