Kef al haal? Esh akhbarak? Ahlan wa sahlan, marhaba, faddal, sayyara, Gahwa, tamoor, tareek, sadeek, sharika, umm.... ramal, jamal, himaar, koyyes, bakhala, mat'aam, malabis, akhoo, ukhti, ummi, abee, yalla ya hajji (the security officers in makkah and madina) and many such...but they are just very few to say that I know Arabic. :))
