This would probably be way to difficult and ambiguous to answer. Only Toriyama could really do that since literally everything would change.

In the freeza saga when they wish for all the people who has bing killed by freeza to come back to life y didn't all the sayians get wish back too

Because it had been more than a year and Kami specifically says those wished back in a group before the year couldn't be wished back.

I think Dabura would win because Bojack never demonstrated to be on his level. They say Bojack is around as powerful as Cell but Gohan kills him with ease once he goes SSJ2, which implies to me he's probably Perfect Cell level or weaker(though Gohan wasn't trying with Perfect Cell but it's even worse than he did). Dabura on the other hand is not only said to be on par with Cell but is able to fight on the level of SSJ2 Gohan(even if he's weaker) and actually could be said to have had the advantage, and Goku says Dabura is even more powerful than he thought when observing the fight, which implies he's more powerful than Cell.
So I definitely think Dabura takes it and that they're not very close in power.

I notice alot of light skinned people like cold weather, I mean why?? During winter I feel stiff and lose blood too quickly in my hands and feet and even when I don't I hate the snow and rain, too darn cold. Why do so many light skinned people hate hot weather it is just better, except for bugs.

I like the hot weather and I'm one of the least tanned people I've ever met.
