What makes you feel like you need to be alone?
After a long time spent with an individual ... One on one conversation....doctors/dentist appointments...it's like afterwards my energy level is completely drained and being alone helps to refocus and reenergize myself.

Pre-lockdown I would use grocery shopping as a way to decompress and relax. Strolling every aisle, listening to the overhead music that is bring played and looking at different & new foods. Currently (during lockdown) I have a list and get only what's on the list and leave afterwards.
