Hi Aryanna, during your military diet? Is it okay to eat biscuits in between a meal? Or not? And how much pounds did you lose after 3 days? Please help me I badly want to lose 4 kilograms by next week.
I wasn't super strict with my diet but I dont see how biscuits could hurt. Personally, I'm not an expert at this haha but if you want to actually ~see~ results, try following the diet strictly since it's only for 3 days #PushMoYan! If not, don't be too hard on yourself and do what your body can take :) Good luck! Just note that the diet is a temporary solution when you need to lose weight quickly for something (like fitting into a dress for an event, etc) :)
