as far as i know i think the situation isn't as bad as before but there are still ugly search terms on naver and idk what other platforms but yeah most of the really bad ones are cleared although there's still a lot more work needed ):

There isn't really a phrase for oppa but if you mean it as older brother then you can use 哥哥 (brother) (gē gē)
It's kinda hard to teach you over the net but all i can do is tell you how to pronounce it through hanyu pinyin. If you want to learn how to speak then you'd have to listen to audios to differentiate the intonations first :-)

We predominantly use english and mandarin. Cantonese is a dialect here not really a widely used language
