Our body speaks the laanguage of its own, we do stuff that we might not be aware of, like the way we sit, the way we stand, out posture everything, the way we walk , all this reflects something that we might wanna say or do. In conclusion I think its interesting to learn "ppl's body language" its like reading minds ^^ so in order to give a gd understanding to the person infront of u of wat u r thinking of I think u should control some actions u do :")
