Hello and Happy 2014! I have a problem with so-called feminists who seem more interested in belittling men than in being equals. Equality is all right and good and all of those things, but being pro anything works best when you spend your time and energy talking about why you're good, and leave why everyone else is bad/wrong out of it. You can run a campaign without spending your entire platform talking about how messed up your opposition is. You can be proud to be black/white/whatever all you want, but there's a line between being proud of your heritage and insulting toward everyone else. Leave other people out of it.
People are free to say whatever they want, and others are free to say what they want in response to it. If someone's going to take an unpopular opinion they should do so quietly, as far as that whole "if you can't say anything nice" thing goes. There are plenty of times that I want to go off on somebody, and it's my legal right to do so, but I have nothing to gain by it. These days I'd rather disengage. Not worth it.

Not really. Sometimes. I've seen a couple movies but I don't go to cons or follow a fandom or anything like that. Wouldn't consider myself a geek at all.

I loved the white Omega & The Mechanical Animals one from Vegas because it was such a pain in the ass to put together but it looked amazing when it finally came together. It's sad that I didn't really get any photos of it, it definitely deserved to be photographed. I also really loved my Jon Benet/Toddlers In Tiaras look from a couple years ago. So much fun. I wear black 365 days out of the year so any time I can wear white it feels like a costume.
What book would you like to live in?
The last book I read was Fear & Loathing and I wouldn't mind living in that one for a bit.

I'm happy that Twiggy's back because he's extremely talented and personable and fun and I enjoy talking to him. That said, Tim is fucking gorgeous and I still follow what he's doing. Not that Twiggy isn't a beautiful man. He's just a different flavor of gorgeous.
