Do you think there will ever be a day when you and Manson finally collaborate on something or do a photo shoot together? Actually, I should first ask if that's something you'd even want to do.

It's something I've wanted to do and thought about doing since the first time I set the countdown timer on my camera. I've drifted off to sleep thinking about what it'd be like to brainstorm a concept, to shoot with him, to have that photo framed on my wall as my proudest moment. Sometimes I ruin it for myself by thinking I'd be intimidated into talent impotence and the photos would be unusable but I simply couldn't let that happen. We've talked about it, batted some ideas around. I'm not saying it'd never happen but I couldn't say when.

Who were some of the best dressed people (in your opinion) at Dorian Gray Wednesdays? haha

Gawd just pick the most difficult question of life. Ummm. Kayvon and Anna always look great. Dylan is my queen 4 lyfe because CHRIST the neverending supply of glorious looks. Also Vulcanus Levi, Kristina Kiss, Johanna Constantine, I don't even know. I was going through old photos to pull likely suspects and got overwhelmed. There's just so many. Nobody turns it out like New York.

This may come across as rude, but I swear it's meant to be the opposite. In the future, will you share more of your photography that is not related to modeling? It's just that those photos are so good, and I bet the rest of your photography is also so good, but it's not out there for people to see.

There's an album on my FB of photos I've taken but you're right, I don't post much of it. I also don't shoot many people other than myself and I don't shoot me often these days either. And when I do shoot someone I'm such a perfectionist with the images that only a couple of them are good enough to be seen. I just need to practice more. I'm planning a shoot with my friend Candy soon, the photos will end up on my FB when they're ready. (And thank you!)

Have you ever found that Manson's feuds with other artists have negatively impacted the way that you feel about said other artists or their music? (ie Trent, Jessicka Addams, Courtney Love)

Absolutely, but it's fairly strange. I have no negative thoughts about Courtney Love or Jessicka though I'm still angry at Christina Ricci. Trent fell quickly out of favor with that long-standing feud and the progression of his music didn't exactly woo me back after The Fragile. Mostly I really resent Jane's Addiction for getting the Grotesk Burlesk tour canceled, it's the only tour I've missed since Dead To The World.

Is Detroit really that unsafe? What's it like actually living there? Do you ever go urban exploring?

It really depends on the neighborhood. Our street doesn't seem to be very dangerous but we occasionally hear gunshots in the alley behind the house or from the intersection nearby. I've never felt very unsafe but I keep my head up and pay attention to my surroundings and the people around me, I don't act like a victim and just use basic street smarts to avoid trouble (park near the door or under the bright streetlights, keep valuables out of sight in the car, keep the doors locked, don't behave threateningly toward people on the street). The most crime we've experienced has been the theft of money and jewelry from some people hired to do handyman work around the house. Our neighbors, if you can believe that.
I don't go urban exploring largely because empty houses are magnets for unsavory people and activities, the last thing I want to do is to walk in on a squatter camp full of angry people. Detroit isn't as cheap as people seem to think it is especially now that it's in a revival. Lots of artist-types show up here thinking they can live for pennies and I guess you can if you don't mind a hole in your roof and a bucket to shit in.

What's he like? Like his personality and hobbies

He's like he is in interviews. For the most part Marilyn Manson is Marilyn Manson whether he's in front of a dozen reporters with cameras or just you while hanging out on the bus, what you see is what you get. He's funny, charming and always an incredibly entertaining and gracious host.

What are some of the dumbest things you've seen people do at Manson shows?

Taking vertical videos with a smartphone. Trying to fight security. Asking about how to buy a backstage pass. Drinking so much while in line that they're completely trashed by the time doors open. Crowdsurfing.

Least favorite Manson opener?

Helmet and Nashville Pussy were terrible. I wasn't fond of Rasputina at the time but they grew on me later, ditto for 12 Rounds. Mostly I time my arrival for the sweet spot between when the opener goes offstage and Manson goes on as there hasn't been an opening band I actually wanted to see in a long time.

What was the most extreme case of misogyny that you've either experienced or witnessed first hand?

I was on my way back from a club in London with a friend of mine. We were in the front seat of the top level of a double decker bus at around 4am and two guys behind us were trying to talk to her but she wasn't interested so she was ignoring them. I told them to fuck off and leave us alone but I guess I was wearing too much makeup to count as male enough to be a threat and they started touching her hair and her shoulders and trying to grab her tits. Of course nobody said anything or tried to stop them, so we got up and stood in the aisle downstairs behind the driver until we got to our stop.
Occasionally if I'm in drag I'll get some smartass yelling shit at me from a safe distance away but luckily I haven't experienced anything beyond that. Directly, anyway. You see people saying rude shit to girls all the time online but sadly it's too commonplace to count as being an extreme example.

What's one of the things you can remember having been most disappointed about at any point in life?

The cancelation of the Grotesk Burlesk tour before I could see any of it. Thanks, Jane's Addiction.

What are some of the best documentaries you've seen lately?

I recently saw "A Band Called Death" which was about a protopunk band formed in Detroit in the early 70s. Saw "HH Holmes: America's First Serial Killer" on Netflix awhile back and I did see a really interesting documentary about sign painters that was called....wait for it..."Sign Painters" back in 2013. And "Blackfish". That's all I can recommend as far as documentaries off the top of my head.

How often do you see marilyn Manson?

If he's touring I usually catch 6-10 dates a year. This year will be more because I already did nine in Jan/Feb but there's two more planned later this year.

Who would you most love to see Manson co-headline with, who he hasn't already?

IAMX or Muse would be cool. I can't really think of anyone with similar musical style that I would want to see live.

Oh, so you know him? Sorry, I just found your Ask randomly and don't know anything about you, but you seem very nice. Thanks for your answer. I must say that your case is different. I meant tattoos with personal meaning like, you know, relationships and so.

I do, and thank you, and you're welcome, and as far as relationship tattoos....eehhh. Possibly creepy? It depends on a bunch of factors.

Any art tips or advice?

Do it because you love it, not because you think it'd be a good career move. Making money from art seems like more the exception than the rule. And don't shy away from an idea because it's been done before. Everything's been done before. Maybe try to avoid stuff that's been done to death, but other than that, have at it.

What do you think about people getting tattooed Manson's tattoos? I mean not related, the same tattoos as him.

Tattoos are strange things, who can say why people get the things they get? I don't know why someone would want to get a unicorn with a dick for a horn inked on their ass but people do this and they have their reasons behind it. Maybe because they liked the look of his design, maybe they wanted to feel more connected to him, maybe they just agreed with the sentiment behind it, I'm sure everyone has their own reasons for doing it. I have the Baphomet tattoo so I can't really be too critical of others who do the same thing (even though he gave me his blessing when I said I was thinking about having it done because I didn't want him to get the wrong idea)

When people who aren't the most well-versed in, um, life, say things to you such as "how can you be trans or gender neutral if you're dating a guy? Doesn't that just make you a regular, straight female?" how do respond to them? Do you even bother explaining?

Sometimes I'll say something like "Okay Carrie, you're female-bodied and identify as a female lesbian. But let's say that you were under some sort of spell and everyone who looks at you thinks you're a guy. They call you guy names and give you male pronouns despite what you say or ask, but you know that you're female. When you see your girlfriend, are you now heterosexual because society seems to think you're a boy?" They usually come around once you draw the lines. But sometimes not. Some people will never get it and you can't really help them.

What are some of the most annoying things you see on manson fan sites and forums?

People asking easily Googleable questions.
"I wish he'd do another album like ______ everything after that has sucked"
"MANSON IS FAT/WASHED UP/ A HAS BEEN"
Rants or snide comments about his girlfriends, current or former.
"Only tr00 MM fans know this....what was the band name before it was Marilyn Manson??"
"Briana H Warner, Marylin Manson, and Manson Rachel Wood have liked your post"
*reposts the latest news article or photo that's already been posted at least six times in as many hours*
"I'm __ and I'm the oldest/youngest person here I bet!! How old r you guys?"

I don't mean to bore you or abuse the "ask" privilege with questions like this, but I was wondering if you could tell me if Tater still has an ask.fm, because I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore.

Have you ever had any dogs?

Had a little mutt (mostly beagle) named Baylee for about ten years. Now there's a dog in our household (Am Staff) but it isn't -my- dog though I do technically semi-live with her.
