What causes you to panic?

When I realize that I'm about to get in trouble, and also when I did silly things like accidentally replacing some of my important files, or when I realize that I had forgotten to back up some stuff and now it's gone. Also another thing that causes me to panic is when I'm left alone in an unknown place.

Oh sure, there are many; probably too many to list here, but probably the absolute most frustrated stuff is annoyances caused by the trolls.
