what do you do when you have a bad experience with a bookshop owner?
Depends on how bad the experience is. If it's not too bad, I'll probably shrug it off. But if it's really bad then I'll probably call the person up and bug the person until she/he gives me a proper answer or smth. Really depends on the situation

how to get the shimmer under your eyes?
I actually used glitter liner from Essence!:-) was inspired by the Chanel Spring Summer 2014 makeup where they had glitter under their eyes!
