I've been thinking about hitting the gym a lot because I am uncomfortable with my life style... But I'm really nervous to join the gym because of what people will think. I'm obviously not 400 pounds but it still hurts when people talk behind your back about your body
You have nothing to be nervous about joining the gym would be a good thing for you then. I don't see why people would judge you for working out !
tips or advice for people who are trying to lose weight ?
*abs are made in the kitchen not the gym * something to always think about ! It's 30% exercise and 70% diet ' that's where most people go wrong .
