what exercises should I do and how often should I workout? Like I run 6 times a day usually for 30-60 minutes a day on a treadmill and i'll do like some little workouts like squats etc
It's my workout routine for a reason cause I have set goals for myself an have my own workout routine to achieve those goals so it's pointless ! Everybody had different goals and has different workouts to attain those goals !:)
