well a healthy weight loss you can lose up to 2-3 pounds a week.. that's what I heard and was told anyways.

Probably not lol .... Cause drinking that is adding more to your protein intake when usually your diet should be like 20 % protein ...

Literally anywhere , just be careful if your a girl an wanting to try them ! They can make you gain weight !
